I am certified with the National Society of Home Inspectors, and have performed numerous home inspections for buyers and sellers. For ethical and legal reasons, I do not perform construction work or give construction advice on any home that I have inspected for a period of at least one year.

As a home inspector, I report what I see to the best of my ability. I believe in full disclosure, so I do not withhold information in order to benefit a buyer or seller. For liability reasons, I also do not give advice on how to fix defects or offer potential prices of repair. My job as a home inspector is to evaluate the condition of the home in a fair, honest, accurate, and concise manner without bias.
